Construction and real estate segment
In recent years, Zone Systems has had a clear strategy to grow with a broader offering but also in new segments. The investment in what the company calls fixed signs (facade signs, flag signs, canopy edges, etc.) has turned out well and the company has found new business. The company has also grown in the construction and real estate segment, where ROL Fredbergs is a good example. ROL Fredbergs works with interior design and construction contracts for segments such as retail, café and restaurants. Zone Systems helps ROL Fredbergs with signs for contracts to delimit work surfaces with, for example, banners but also in the actual execution process with, among other things, facade signs in various designs, metal decorations on facades, and decaling and foiling on the properties to which the contract applies. The company has already carried out several projects in the past year and many more are in the order backlog.

In many of the projects that Zone Systems has together with ROL Fredberg, design includes but also a lot of design work to adapt the products for the properties. The inquiries place high demands on competence and solution-oriented work. Andreas Forsfjäll, product and project manager at Zone Systems, further develops.
– The projects often span a wide range of products and mean that we as a sign supplier must take responsibility from idea to delivery. Many signs, canopies and attachments require careful design so that new constructions correspond well with other elements on the property. We can be very quick-footed and solution-oriented when we have design expertise internally and these types of projects mean that all competent employees in the design and development team can contribute, which is very stimulating. It also feels good that the investment in our broadened offering and the investment in the construction and real estate segment has borne fruit. We believe that we have a place in the market for this segment and can deliver a qualitative and flexible overall offer.
