Zone Systems proud supplier to Waynes
Since the turn of the year, Zone Systems has been a complete supplier to Waynes Coffee in terms of all types of signage, certain campaign material and associated services. Waynes Coffee was founded 25 years ago and was the first to introduce the latte in Sweden. Now the company is stepping into the 2020s with a new look, which clarifies the company’s origins and which includes both the interior and the graphic identity. The dark, slightly duller colors are replaced by light, Scandinavian tones and natural materials such as wood and leather. The purpose of the change is to clarify the company’s origins and partly to differentiate itself from other players in a relatively generic industry.
– There is a big problem with the guests finding it difficult to see the difference between the different players in the café industry. As a guest, you do not really know which café you have visited as interior design and / or other communication is very similar to many, says Carina Dyberg, communications and marketing manager at Waynes Coffee. We wanted to break away from the stereotypical “brown coffee feeling” that has long been associated with the café industry. To have coffee with us is to take a stand and choose a coffee that is tastier, healthier and better for the planet and we want that to be clear.
– Zone Systems helps us as a Swedish supplier to be a comprehensive supplier of all our communication areas and associated services. Zone Systems has extensive experience of signage and is a reliable player. A big advantage of Zone Systems is that it has Swedish production and can be very fast-paced and also contributes to our sustainability profile, Carina concludes.
– We feel proud to be included as Wayne’s right hand in terms of signage and product development in the future. Waynes has a fresh concept and wants to protect the environment, which feels both stimulating and important for us as a supplier, says Maria Tedestedt, Key Account Manager at Zone Systems.
The delivery from Zone Systems consists of interior light boxes, prints on textile banners, exterior facade signs, flag signs, foiling, specially branded street speakers, certain assembly and services around sign permits. Waynes has an aggressive expansion plan and aims to establish 15 new cafés in Sweden in the first half of the year alone.
– The project team at Zone Systems are very committed and there are often quick pucks when it comes to design for delivery and they have solved the first deliveries in a very professional way, says Lars Fagerlund, construction project manager at Waynes Coffee.
The first projects that Zone Systems has delivered to are Östersund and Sickla. Drottninggatan is next in line and then it will run with more establishments during the spring.
– It feels very fun that we get to be part of delivering the whole of signs to an expansive customer like Wayne’s Coffee. Especially since it will be a receipt that we have done the right thing with our investment in a broader offer with fixed signs, says Andreas Forsfjäll, product and project manager at Zone Systems.
